Resumen
This book is a collection of essays that explore from different perspectives the place and role of religion in contemporary societies, which have been defined as post-secular. Indeed, the process of secularization characterized by phenomena such as the differentiation of social spheres, the pluralization of religious traditions and the privatization of religion - far from having led to the disappearance of religion, has led to its transformation and the emergence of religion. new forms of religious presence in politics, culture and other social dimensions. The work is divided into three parts: first, the study of the transformations of religious belief in post-secular times; second, reflection on the place of religion in the current public sphere; and finally, the exploration of the possibilities of religious thought to contribute to generating alternatives for life in the face of global problems. The book is aimed at researchers and academics on the relationship between religion and modernity and the presence of religion in today's world.
