dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo final de maestría desarrolla la accesibilidad territorial en el área urbana y periférica del municipio de San José del Guaviare con el objetivo de generar una herramienta de planeación que sirva de base técnica para la toma de decisiones de conveniencia en lo referente a nuevos proyectos de infraestructura vial terrestre y de modos de transporte alternativos al vehículo privado como lo son el peatonal, la ciclorruta y el transporte público. Consecuente con el anterior planteamiento se realiza la creación de la red de transporte existente, se determinan sus condiciones operativas y se calcula la accesibilidad media global del escenario actual. Luego se evalúa la cobertura del sistema existente en términos de accesibilidad respecto a la identificación y ubicación espacial de los nodos de actividad primaria del municipio. Posteriormente se realiza el planteamiento de cuatro (4) propuestas de intervención a la infraestructura existente y se calcula el gradiente de ahorro para cada una. Por último se desarrolla la red peatonal tomando como base la estructura de la red vial existente, se plantea el diseño de la red piloto de ciclorruta y se proyectan rutas de transporte publico colectivo urbano, con lo cual se realiza la evaluación final de accesibilidad media global de cada modo respecto a los nodos de actividad primaria
dc.description.abstractThis final master's thesis develops the territorial accessibility in the urban and peripheral areas of San José del Guaviare municipality, aiming to create a planning tool that works as a technical basis for making decisions regarding new road infrastructure projects and alternative modes of transport to private vehicles, such as pedestrian, cycling, and public transport. The existing transport network is created following the above approach. Its operating conditions are determined and the overall average accessibility of the current scenario is calculated. The current system coverage is then evaluated in terms of accessibility concerning the identification and spatial location of the municipality's primary activity nodes. Subsequently, four (4) intervention proposals to existing infrastructure are approached and the savings rate is calculated for each one. Finally, the pedestrian network is developed based on the existing road network structure, the design of the pilot cycle route network is proposed, and urban public transport routes are planned. Thus, making the final evaluation of the overall average accessibility of each mode concerning the nodes of primary activity.
