CONTEXTO Y PERSPECTIVAS DEL PROCESO DE PAZ Y POS-ACUERDOS. DIÁLOGO CON FRANÇOIS HOUTART

Abstract

Este documento presenta una entrevista a profundidad realizada a François Houtart, intelectual y activista, acerca del contexto del conflicto colombiano y los diálogos de paz. Para esto, se presenta su marco metodológico a partir de la sociología reflexiva (Bourdieu, 2005; Güber, 2001; Parra, 2002). Luego, establece sus preguntas en torno a cuatro ejes: primero, una revisión de la trayectoria de Houtart y su relación con el contexto colombiano, especialmente a partir de su encuentro con Camilo Torres. Segundo, un análisis de los factores históricos en los cuales surgieron las guerrillas de los años cincuenta y sesenta en Colombia y su comprensión actual en el proceso de paz. Tercero, se trazan algunas de las perspectivas centrales sobre los desafíos y derivas en los pos-acuerdos y las posibilidades de negociación de los grupos y movimientos; Finalmente, se hace un análisis de las repercusiones del proceso de paz en el escenario y opinión internacional.

This document involves an in-depth interview with intellectual and activist François Houtart seeking to contextualize the Colombian conflict and peace dialogues. The methodological framework, based on reflexive sociology (Bourdieu, 2005; Güber, 2001; Parra, 2002), is set forth followed by a series of questions centered on four themes: first, a review of Houtart's background and his relationship with the Colombian context, especially following his encounter with Camilo Torres; second, an analysis of the historical factors which gave rise to the Colombian insurgencies of the 1950s and 1960s and the nature of current insurgent participation in the peace process; third, an outline of some of the fundamental perspectives involving the challenges and risks of detours during the post-accord period and of the negotiation possibilities for diverse groups and movements; and finally, an analysis of the repercussions of the peace process on the international stage and on international opinion.
