dc.description.abstract | Public Private Partnerships (PPPs) are considered a fundamental tool for the sustainability
of Smart and Sustainable Cities (SSC) projects. For this reason, it is essential to identify
common interests of social institutions and companies, since it is the way to forge a
common good from there and that transcends in society. With the Stakeholders in the public
administration, the importance of inter-institutional, citizen and private participation and
association in the development of SSC projects is highlighted. However, there is little
research on the management of relationships between the administration of projects and
the different Stakeholders in the management of PPPs for the development of SSC in Latin
America and specifically in Colombia. The purpose is to present significant findings on the
subject of PPP relationship management for SSC projects, exhaustively analyzing scientific
databases. To conclude, the databases are verified and it is inferred that there are no
investigations to date in the available literature that cover the management of relationships
in PPP for the development of SSC. In the little found, the different SSC Stakeholders
developed through APP are identified, as well as their influence on the different projects,
and subsequently the different relationships between them are established for the correct
development of the project. This research contributes to the growing scientific interest in
PPP and SSC, as a factor to develop projects framed in both themes efficiently and
successfully. | |
