dc.description.abstract | Con este primer volumen se pretende impartir la enseñanza de una parte fundamental de la bioquímica experimental llevada a cabo en forma progresiva, comenzando de lo elemental a lo complejo; siguiendo un orden secuencial donde cada técnica aprendida se vaya utilizando a medida que se van realizando experimentos, de tal manera que paulatinamente se vayan adquiriendo destrezas. Por otra parte no solo se pretende que se conozcan técnicas sino también sus aplicaciones, considerando parámetros que se deben controlar cuando se realicen las medidas para que posteriormente se puedan discutir los resultados con propiedad.
