According to Nasdaq, 2020 nowadays more people are shopping their products through an electronic commerce platform online, and every year there are more businesses doing migrations of their activities or at least one part to the e-commerce, due to that there is a big amount of available information from buyers’ opinions about the level of satisfaction that has been obtained after buying the products which in some cases has not been taken in advantage. (Mosley, 2020) As a result of the above, the present project poses a solution through the implementation of statistic algorithms that allow the interpretation of the human language in a fast & efficient way & identify the feelings that underlie behind each comment, so the businesses can act in a fast way to the final consumers’ needs. Besides, different approaches are addressed to classify the opinions and to be able to determine distinct scenarios with different kinds of pre-processing & evaluate different types of feelings | |
