The purpose of this research is to propose an evaluation model for Inter-Organization Information Systems (IOS) within the so-called Information Systems Success theory. Within the framework of Multimethodology, a series of techniques are developed to make this proposal. Based on a systematic review of the literature, a set of 28 documents that present models of evaluation of Intra and Interorganizational Information Systems is obtained. In order to establish a preliminary version of the IOS success evaluation model, these models are analyzed and coded in the light of the content analysis. Through this method, the dimensions, characteristics and relationships of the model are proposed. Subsequently, this initial proposal is evaluated through the criteria of experts based on the Delphi method, concluding with some adjustments and reaching the final version of the model consisting of 8 dimensions, their relationships, and 48 characteristics.
