This research analyzes how the Chilean Supreme Court follows its own precedents in labor matters. Therefore, the decisions made on the 1051 unification of jurisprudence recourse deduced in the four year period that began with the incorporation of this recourse to the national legal system are analyzed. This empirical study allows us to conclude that the Supreme Court labor chamber does follow its own precedents in a 100% of the cases on which the recourse is declared admissible.
