| dc.description | El propósito de este artículo es describir cómo la sentencia penal RIT 101-2005 del Tribunal Oral en lo Penal de Temuco, aborda el hecho que un hombre mayor de edad mantenga una relación amorosa plena con una adolescente menor de edad en el contexto mapuche pewenche del sector El Naranjo de la comuna de Lonquimay (Chile). Posteriormente, y con herramientas del paradigma cualitativo, expondremos cómo esta práctica opera en la representación sociocultural de los miembros de esta comunidad. | |
