dc.description.abstract | El entrenamiento concurrente es una herramienta de gran utilidad en el entrenamiento deportivo, ya
que este nos ayuda a no especializarnos en una capacidad física, sino poder desarrollar varias en
paralelo, lo cual hace que el deportista se complemente y pueda tener a su disposición más
herramientas para usar en el campo, lo cual da un mayor número de oportunidades para ser
explotadas.
Es importante entender que hay diferentes variables que generan fatiga y pueden llevar al deportista
a un estado de sobre entrenamiento, ya que no es posible entrenar infinitamente, sin tener en cuenta
como un entrenamiento de resistencia, fuerza o demás capacidades, puede afectar la recuperación
del deportista, tanto especifica como globalmente.
También hay que tener en cuenta que el entrenamiento concurrente se enfoca principalmente en la
parte fisiológica, pero se puede implementar en la parte técnica del competidor que es de vital
importancia, para aumentar su eficiencia, disminuir la cantidad de lesiones lo cual le permitirá
entrenar más y mejorará su rendimiento en el gesto específico, con mucha mayor eficiencia que al
sumar volumen sin enseñar al cuerpo a moverse de forma correcta. | |
