Nelson Mandela : el barrio con más pandillas en Cartagena

Abstract

Nelson Mandela is a neighborhood located on the outskirts of Cartagena where gangs, which are groups of young people with an affinity for each other, build imaginary borders to defend their territory. This population has been affected by other types of social problems such as microtrafficking, robberies and physical aggressions. Through an investigation based on interviews with public officials, the police, the community and actors directly related to gangs, it became clear that Nelson Mandela is the neighborhood with the most gangs in the city.
