Resumen
Within the framework of the primary health care strategy in Colombia, public policies are implemented to reduce the burden of preventable diseases, which are the main cause of death. Their goal is to articulate the actions issued by the government, institutions and society to achieve the improvement of health, equity and universality of services. However, there are geographical, communication and educational gaps that hinder the effective implementation of these policies. This project proposes the use of an educational strategy to eliminate these gaps. Given that Mobile Health has been established as a bioeconomical and sustainable solution, it will be carried out through an online application: Salud@ble, which can be accessed at: https://appsaludable.com. It is oriented towards the general population and health professionals, offering timely evidence-based information, to encourage access to health promotion and maintenance programs and interventions, promote self-care and empower the individual in the management of their health and of their family group. As a result of the implementation of Salud@ble and through its educational strategy, a change is expected in the delivery of health services from a curative to a preventive approach, bridging the gaps in social determinants to make public policies more effective, reduce inequity and create awareness in the population about the proper use of health services in the order of priority in care
