dc.description.abstractABSTRACT Nowadays, the bottling industry sees the service level like a key point to satisfy the needs with the clients and to be leader in the market. In the search of an effective administration of the resources of the company, the managers have been with the necessity of tools to optimize the service level. From this reasoning, the goal is to eliminate out of stock in the distribution locations. Considering the necessity of an effective management of the system through the service level, it is important to detail in the present document, a revision of the main methodologies of logistic. With base in the results, one sets out to develop a work method to improve the service level to the distributions locations of the bottling one. vii
