Resumen
Two types of plankton samples taken in February 1991 from Bahía Concepción, Baja California Sur, were analyzed to determine the abundance and distribution of eggs and lar¬vae of Sardinops caeruleus. The abundance was higher at the mouth of the bay than inside the bay. We believe that the products of spawning, eggs and larvae, appear to be transported from the important reproduction areas in nearby waters in the Gulf of California.
