Resumen
This paper describes the process for obtaining bio‐electric signals generated by eye, electro
oculographic signals (EOG) through active filters, in this case a LM741 operational amplifier. Also
as the signal was conditioned by combinations of active filters to clean the electrical signals
oculográficas, even using MatLab ® software. For this purpose, was built a circuit to capture
signals, condition and send them via a DB9 port to a computer. We describe the real and
simulated behavior of the amplifier signals obtained by a function generator and electro
oculographic signals, captured by electrodes of a volunteer. Also in this paper obtains
mathematical foundation of the filters to validate the results. This paper also presents an active
filter designed by one of the directors of the thesis, Dr. José de Jesús Rubio Avila, to clean the
signal entirely in the software MatLab ®. This work is the basis for future work where we can
analyze the signal digitally.
