Resumen
Nowadays, technological advances are growing exponentially and changing
expectations of individuals and organizations who demand better services and
products with more quality.
Technological innovation as such, speeds up processes, improve their quality of
customer services, maintaining the hotel to the vanguard technology within their
economic possibilities and thereby become more competitive.
The problems in the four-star hotels is the feasibility of manage the technology that
they use, to try to solve this problem in research, making using of the theoretical
perspective of systems science, finding that the subject of study lacks of
administration technological innovation into their operations and services, where
customers require and demand satisfy their needs by improving the efficiency of
services received through the use of technological innovation.
At the end of the research, it proposed it management model for technology
innovation which converge all the elements of a hotel, thereby allowing expedite
services offered to the client as well as improve their relationship.
