Before Extreme use of Mobile Phones in itself has generated controversy, whether the use of this device is Harmful to Health. To do this, there have been several studies on these ideas, in different parts of the world. In this thesis analyzes this problem itself, based on written documents and in Experimental Tests conducted by the author. To this end, proposed and implemented various innovative experiments, such as a statistical analysis of bio-electromagnetic variables and statistical analysis of the efflux-graphy. The results obtained prove the hypothesis, ie, cell phones whether they can be harmful to health in the Central Nervous System. Finally, we present a proposal for a feasible and sustainable change to reduce the level of specific absorption rate and the power density of electromagnetic fields of mobile phone system, so that the mobile phone system is safer for health user.
