When a society faces complex problems, it is demanded a global approach of the situation, a holistic point of view to include the characteristics of the problem under study without decreasing inadequately its complexity. The problems confronted in the economicfinancial system have been studied and solved under quantitative (hard) methodologies which do not take into account the environment and its interrelation between it and the problem. The systems methodologies (soft) look out for integrating the problem and its environment to perform a global, integral, unified study to include all the elements that have relation and interrelation with it. In this investigation work it is developed a systemic methodology to analyze and solve economic-financial problems, it includes the usage of a hard methodology in one of its stages to solve the problem. To validate the proposed systemic methodology it is developed a study case about the Mexican Pension Funds, called AFORES, it is constructed, optimized and covered (against market risks due to the volatility of financial assets prices) investments portfolios that allow to reduce the saving´s workers capital loss to their future pension.
