The trend of the Technologies about information and Communication in the 21st century has extended to all the fields of human development including the education, where the basic level acquires special relevance. Reason why programs have been processed by more than two decades to implement their use in the classrooms.
Whereabout was realized this research to find out the influence of the personal characteristics, normative and of the scholastic organization in teacher‟s attitude of primary education of Scholastic Zone 038 toward the pedagogical use of the TIC in their teaching. Their attitudes about state program Learn to learn with TIC, which was applied only in D.F. in its first stage.
It is an exploratory study, with the objective to analyzing the teacher‟s attitudes in the pedagogical application of the TIC in their teaching. The sample was of 8 primary schools, their principals and 55 teachers.
For obtain the information from teachers it was used a questionnaire formed by 40 questions, 10 of mixed type and 30 like a scale Likert type. In the case of the principals they were interviewed and were used a questionnaire with 20 questions.
Between the main findings they are that although the professors seemingly show a positive attitude before use of the TIC and recognize the benefits that contribute to the educative process, they don´t apply in their work at their school. They don‟t give an intensive use of TIC in the classroom It due to factors as because they don‟t have technical and pedagogical knowledge about use of TIC. This have generated in the teachers a lot of resistance about their use. Although they decide freely to apply them or not in their scholastic work.
