This study presents a group of strategies based on the analysis of the organizational culture and the leadership style of a small sized business, to increase the strength of the positive aspects of its corporative culture, and develop a management style that generates loyalty with clients, employees, providers and community. The study was elaborated by interviews and questionnaires established by the FRL (Full Range Leadership Theory) of Bass and Avolio (1997), and the seven levels of organizational consciousness model by Richard Barrett (1998, 2006) as well on the observance and research of other documents. The proper attendance of this research can lead the company to inner changes that improve making decisions in the short term, support the goals in the medium and long terms and extend its growth expectations, cementing successfully the expansion process in which is located.
