dc.description.abstractA process is basically the phases / activities that make up the value chain emerging value of a company a dynamic number of threads which are designed and will vary depending on the complexity of operations, process maturity, current strategies, structure and culture company's organizational establishing it. Therefore, this thesis presents a proposal for standardization of processes based on two frameworks nationally and internationally accepted, are MoProSoft national and ISO 9001:2008 internationally accepted only the first layer comprised of maturity as MoProSoft "established." Conceptually the proposal aims to address issues of management of any type of process, which is important to note that the core of the effectiveness of their design and implementation is the training and preparation for responsible / assigned to finalization as it requires specific skills design processes or allow adjustments to solve the same predictable and unpredictable situations. Organizations are expected to establish their processes to take a systemic approach that will analyze and orderly manner across all functional boundaries of each component from its beginning to its end, thereby achieving better management of operations in a controlled and progressive.
