Proceso Cibernético para la Transformación de la Carrera de Ingeniería en Sistemas Automotrices

Resumen
This thesis uses a cybernetic process of planning - action called 3D - A Peón, in order to design a set of plans and programs that serve as a guide for achieving long-term vision of an organization. The system to analyze is the “Ingeniería en Sistemas Automotrices” (ISISA) of the “Instituto Politécnico Nacional” (IPN).
The selected methodology consists of four stages, the first is to perform a system description, followed by a diagnosis and a design, in the last stage is implemented the proposed solution.
The description of the system is done by analyzing the physical context, temporal and cultural development of the career, it is also an analysis of the automotive industry as the main element of the environment.
To make the diagnosis, i use a technique called FOODAF, this tool analyzes the weaknesses and threats from the system to find opportunities that allow us to improve the organization. The final design is done with CAOSI technique that will help us to form a comprehensive solution in the form of long-term plans. Both techniques require the participation of persons belonging to the organization because they are the ones who know the problems and needs of the organization and in the first place can provide proposals and solutions.
As a case study i propose a plan of activities to be implemented in the ISISA Career on “Escuela Superior de Ingeniería Mecánica y Eléctrica” Campus Zacatenco.
