dc.description.abstractThis work will consist in developing a machine for testing of erosion in different materials in order to obtain controlled behavior patterns and simulate industrial processes. Erosive particles were used as silica sand used in the manufacture of cores, hitting angles of 20 º, 40 º, 75 º, 90 º. This paper does not cover the use of another type of particle erosive or materials to erode. Pressures were controlled, the impact distances, nozzle geometries, loads of sand, etc. The methodology used in this research is the following. raise the issue, which is part of an industrial process. To do this will result in the design and construction of a machine for tribological tests under laboratory conditions. As a principle to the development of tribological test methodology, that in order to perform some preliminary tests on the behavior of some components of the machine, together with certain dimensional restrictions of the samples.
