The linear transformation is a topic of a lot of importance for the careers of the Physics and Mathematics areas in the superior level; their domain requires of a correct integration of theoretical and practical concepts which are not in a very efficient way in many of the occasions and for it arises it the difficulty in its learning. The present research had as purpose to identify and to compare, under the of theoretical framework of the Anthropological Theory of the Didactic thing (TAD) and of the intuitive models; the ideas, procedures, technical and theories that the students use when they solve specific tasks regarding this concept of the Linear Algebra (AL). Regarding the analysis of concepts that students need to know, to use and the practice it is necessary to apply the comparative method which trough its different stages it gives us the opportunity to know the likeness and differences that those student show when they give answer to the specific questions about linear transformation.
