Without place to doubt, the water is a vital resource in developing of any society, because of his existence and availability of it, let us realize our daily activities, in several uses (industry, irrigation, human consumption, generation of electrical energy, cleaning, etc.); it is an universal good, a trade good and for some people is an issue of national security. The available quantity of water presents two critical scenarios: when one has water in low quantity and when one has water more than its required, this last, applied to the rivers of our country, it is observed when are present extraordinary storm, with high velocities of water flow that could cause a fail of bank rivers and so, floods are present in zones and tows adjacent to them; generating problems serious of social type, economical, of public health and alteration environmental. These problems could be reduced trough the implementation of bank protection systems that avoiding the erosion of the banks rivers, reducing in this way the flood risk. This system has a big disadvantage that is his high cost, it is considered and most of them are from another countries, so these are not used in great way in our country. In this thesis is realized a proposal to actual systems of bank protection in natural river bed, trough an structure formed by used tire and concrete, that present an suitable stability front the water flow; this is a result of his study in reduced model. The results obtained were acceptable and consistents.
