dc.description.abstractMicro, small and medium enterprises (MIPyMES) form the backbone of the national economy due to its high impact on the generation of jobs and domestic production. According to the National Institute of Statistics and Geography, in Mexico there are approximately 4 million 15 thousand business units, of which 99.8% are MIPyMES that generate 52% of Gross Domestic Product (PIB) and 72% of employment in the country. This research was designed to make the company a diagnosis of DISEÑOS S.A., is engaged in the manufacture of furniture for home and office, with innovative designs so you can make a proposal. Basically the problems detected in this company is no different from others, lack of knowledge, experience and capital reflects the complexity of micro, small and medium enterprises survive in this changing world and competitive. Speaking of furniture in these companies or the market for furniture employs approximately 104 000 employees, representing 1.3 of manufacturing PIB and 0.6 of PIB. In this paper we give three proposals aimed at improving planning, production, and the last to advertising. Significantly, the information included in the study was provided by DISEÑOS S.A. and implementation is in charge of it, however a given breakdown of the proposed strategies.
