As políticas públicas arquivísticas nas universidades federais do Rio Grande do Sul

Abstract

This work present the research that went realized as requirement of Course Specialization Management in Archive, of Federal University of Santa Maria and Open University of Brazil. The approach of research is the process of implementation of public politics archives administration in the Federal Universities of Rio Grande do Sul. The public politics archives administrations are fundamental, serve as base to the records management, especially in the archives of public institutions, as is the case of Federal Universities. They serve as subsidy and orientation to the development of activity archives administration. Beyond of this, impel the progress of archives administration and represent a guarantee of compliment of right of access to information. In this pointless, this study has as general goal to investigate the application of public politics archives administration in the Federal Universities of Rio Grande do Sul. To reach this goal, went select, the three Universities more antique of State, where went apply questionnaires composed for open and close questions. The instruments went applied to charge by sector responsible by documentation. The details collected went reunited and analyzed qualitatively, and discussed with base in the theoretical fundamentation. The discuss and reflection about the public politics archives administration turned around to Archives University, allow to state that the study’s universities apply in part the politics instituted for the archives administration national organs and consider insufficient. Same like this, the universities showed interest in to participate of public politics archives administration’s establishment.
