dc.description.abstractThis research it is a case study, focusing on evaluation and identification of factors that influence the quality of teamwork, with a view to the issue of non-recognition of belonging and interdependence of individual and collective processes, responsibility the success or failure of the institution. It is proposed by document analysis, literature review and applied field research, research of formal and informal factors that affect and shape the daily practices. Given that education fulfills its role, it is clear the need to move towards consolidating a more participative practice of ali school community, from the perspective of construction of new parameters for quality education through the development of a social order where human resources start to experience true democracy.
