Análise de alienação parental: um ato de violência aos menores

Parental alienation syndrome is a psychological disorder where the parent alienador, transforms the consciousness of their children, with the aim of preventing or destroying its links with the other parent alienated, and the same is becoming one of the major social problems that grows each year, according to statistics made by the Association of Separated fathers and mothers (APASE). Denotes is currently that the separation is stressful for both parents and especially for the children who end up living with situations of distress, hurt, resentment. Parents "play the children" against one another, leaving the little heads, the same, disturbed. In order to avoid such conflicts, in 8/26/2010 was published the law of Parental alienation to the protection of minors of the evil that threatens the whole of society, as well as defending the right of the alienated who also suffers with such discrimination. There are scholars who believe that the best way to avoid the alienation is granting shared custody to parents, which is one of the most balanced and evolved to maintain parental bonds with their children after the breakup of married life. The present study aims to examine the most appropriate way to decrease Parental alienation, guaranteeing children the right to healthy development and the participation of fathers in the lives of children. A bibliographical research methodology in books, and through this research was achieved the result through the shared custody and social programmes.
