dc.description.abstract | The following study has the theme Communications Office. The theme delimitation is about how the Communications Office are concepted and what are its level‟s structure and functions, presented in this area‟s studies. The goal is to propose an analysis pattern and implementation of Communications Office into organizations. The specific goals are: research and reflect about the theme Organizational Communication; research and reflect about the theme Communications Office and its interface with Public Relations; point the theorical elements with functional, structural and operational characteristics of Communications Office. This study is organized in three chapters, originated from bibliographic research and documental analysis. Basicly, it points that the Communications Office are constituted as a complex of functions, structures and operations, often identified and confused with Public Relations assumptions, or the Organizational Communication itself. Finally, we theoretically recognize that Communications Office tends to be managed by Public Relations professionals and intents to enable and mobilize the Organizational Communication in its integality. | |
