dc.description.abstractThis article aims to identify and analyze the management style of principals in Municipal Schools Early Childhood Education from Niagara Falls. Presents a quantitative study (according to Richardson et. Al., 2007), seeking to measure and quantify the results, analyzing the data by quantitative technique. To perform data collection used the questionnaire. The questionnaire contains fifteen multiple choice questions was given to faculty and staff in twelve Municipal Schools Early Childhood Education from Niagara Falls. Upon data analysis, it was found that the management style of principals that prevails in schools is participatory. In this style of management is the director articulator, with defined objectives, set targets to achieve and allows the participation of all in relation to the administrative process. There is a lot of communication and expressive cooperation in teamwork. Depending on the situation, the director does not have full autonomy to decide the direction of the school, but sharing decisions.
