Capital intelectual em uma empresa de energia fotovoltaica

Abstract

Photovoltaic energy is one of the most important sources of renewable energy, presenting several benefits not only environmental but also economic. In addition, Brazil has a huge potential for photovoltaic energy generation, which means that the market is on the rise and that companies in this sector are looking for greater competitiveness. With this, this work aims to measure intellectual capital in a photovoltaic energy company in the city of Santa Maria. The study uses bibliographic research to define the units of analysis, besides the diagnosis was used to collect data with the company manager and the definition of weights. Therefore, it was possible to find the measurement of intellectual capital in this sector and they are divided in three capitals: human capital, structural capital and relationship capital.
