Resumen
This paper presents as was the planning and execution of a Spatial Geometry class, which is important for the training of high school students. This class was an introduction to the study of geometric solids, polyhedrons, their classification, polyhedra of Plato and Euler's formula. To make it different, we used gumdrops and toothpicks to make clearer geometry concepts and that learning was done using associations and allowing the concepts studied were absorbed. The class was taught at the State School of Secondary Education Ricardo Francisco Gasparin, the only high school in the União da Serra city, in a little class, and all students live in the countryside, despite the school being located in the urban area of a small town in the interior of Rio Grande do Sul. The given class began with the application of an assessment a priori and a conversation with the students. After, I applied an unprecedented class with the third year of the high school students, where the highlight was the production of polyhedra with unusual materials: gumdrops and toothpicks. They loved the lessons, were involved and participated in the activities proposed. I conclude that the assessment of a posteriori analysis, where in addition to issues related to recently taught content also question about the math classes. The results obtained with different strategy of Spatial Geometry teaching were satisfactory according to the analysis of students.
