Down the developments which occur continuously in the educational scene, is necessary reflect about the context in which operate Educational Policies and importance to the quality of Brazilian Education. So it, this work is justified by to investigate the contributions that the full-time education is bringing to the school community and the challenges it still faces to materialize in the educational field. In this sense, the research is oriented from the following questioning: What possibilities and challenges experienced by the School Management in the implantation of More Education Program in a school of public schools in the city of Sarandi in the state Rio Grande do Sul and what contributions this program on how to improve the quality of education?. To this end, this survey aimed to examine the work of the School Management in the implantation of More Education Program in a school public schools in the city of Sarandi / RS, to identify the possibilities and challenges of this process and the contributions obtained for the improvement in quality education developed there. Hence, relied on the qualitative approach, using the research of a case study conducted at a school that develops the More Education Program, using questionnaires for the production of data and content analysis technique for understanding of the investigated reality. Thus, we realize the importance of the More Education Program plays in the school life of the students, implying a pedagogical rethink by all involved in the educational process. We observed that the contributions of the Program in school investigated yet are restricted to improvements in infrastructure and didactic materials, requiring more time, investment and qualification of activities so that the results can be perceived in the quality of learning outcomes.
