Abstract
Human development is a socio-cultural process, which does not happen in isolation, involves
exchanges between pairs of people. In this sense, the inclusion of students with special needs
in regular education have legal support and represents significant gains in terms of
socialization and interaction of children, because they extend the possibilities of learning
through interaction with the group and encourages the respect differences. The use of media
for the inclusion of people with disabilities is a relevant factor that occurs effectively the
process of inclusion in regular education classes and an important step forward to make
learning meaningful. After discussion it was concluded that the educational inclusion and use
of technologies to developing the potential of students with special needs, it is still a recent
process that needs to be fully engaged in regular schools. It is necessary to involve the entire
teaching staff, so that students with special needs have access to an education that prime by
removing barriers and respect for diversity.
