A regulamentação do bitcoin pelo ordenamento jurídico brasileiro e pela comunidade internacional: um olhar para a legislação brasileira

Abstract

The present work aims to explain what is this new technology called Bitcoin, what are the innovations brought by it, the possible problems that may arise from its use. It also sought to analyze the forms of regulation adopted by different countries and international bodies to deal with it just as Brazil is surrounded by this new technology. For this purpose the inductive approach method and the methods of monographic procedures are used, comparing with the analysis of articles, books and laws. The work was divided in the following way: in the first chapter a brief analysis of this technology was presented, its emergence. In the second chapter, some of the possible legal problems that Bitcoin may present are presented and the main measures taken by the countries around the world and Brazil regarding the regulation and understanding of this technology.
