dc.description.abstractTests of usability allow to know as the interaction between the user and the system occurs, allowing to evaluate the degree of effectiveness, efficiency and satisfaction of the relation between user and system. This article, at the first moment, presents the operational concepts on usability, stops later evaluating, through an usability test, the interface of the site of the FACOS/UFSM.
