This research has as a theme the relation among democratic management, pedagogical management, and Pedagogical Project. The question that guides the research: how do teachers and pedagogical coordinators understand the Pedagogical Project and how does it influence the pedagogical management at a public school from Três de Maio/RS? Therefore, the objective was to analyze how the teachers and pedagogical coordinators understand the Pedagogical Project and how does it influence the pedagogical management at a public school from Três de Maio/RS. The specifics objectives were: discuss the relation among Pedagogical Project, pedagogical management and learning; analyses the Pedagogical Project from the school in the study and relate it with the teachers and pedagogical coordinators’ pedagogical practices. The research is a case study with a qualitative approach. The participants were three pedagogical coordinators and ten teachers. The instruments used were a questionnaire and the Pedagogical Project from the school. The data analyses and interpretation happened with bases in the content analysis from the formation categories of a PP suggested by Libâneo (2015). During the research, teachers and pedagogical coordinators pointed the importance of the Pedagogical Project for the learning process, emphasizing the relation among pedagogical management and the collaborative teachers and pedagogical coordinators work. The participants indicated their comprehensions about democratic management, pedagogical and the relation among Pedagogical Project and the learning process. At the end of the research, it was possible to realize the importance among pedagogical management and the Pedagogical Project, highlighting the roles of teacher and pedagogical coordinators in a collective and participative work in order to achieve learning and knowledge production.
