Uniões estáveis paralelas: reconhecimento e efeitos jurídicos

Abstract

This study aimed to establish parallel and guidelines in relation to the doctrinal and jurisprudential understandings available on one of the new concepts of family mode, that is, parallel families, also called concurrent or simultaneous. In this sense, for didactic purposes, a brief conceptualization of familiar sight not merely as a union between man and woman under the umbrella of marriage is necessary, but as mainstay and most primitive basic unit of the human being. Moreover, despite the prejudice with which these relations are seen, it is undeniable that a significant part of society lives in such configuration. In order to achieve the purpose of this work, initially it will be studied general law marriage as the best doctrine and accepted disciplined in the Civil Code and other laws. Later, it will analyze the issue of recognition of parallel stable unions as family entities, doctrinal and jurisprudential currents and their arguments to recognize or not this peculiar family concurrency situation. Finally, the main legal and financial repercussions judged by analysis and exposure of the available doctrines will be exposed.
