dc.description.abstractThis article aims to provide ICT and Educational Services Specializing in Intellectual Disabilities, based on expert studies, available on Internet sites, source data and monitoring the Room of Specialized Educational Services (ESA). This room works in the State School High School President Afonso Pena, the city of Paraiso do Sul and serves children who study in mainstream education and have intellectual disabilities. This work went beyond the reading and research. We also carried out an interview with the teacher responsible for the Hall of ESA (Educational Service Specialist). Dialogue with professors Room Regular, observed that students who attend the Hall of ESA have made progress in their learning, thus reducing the difficulties encountered in activities which will be presented. The focus of this paper is to discuss the importance of ICT and Customer Education Specialist in Intellectual Disabilities.
