A participação popular na gestão pública

Abstract

This article originates from the study of social participation in the national public management, giving special attention to the new Presidential Decree towards establishing a National Policy for Social Participation (PNPS) and the National System for Social Participation (SNPS), conducting a study of this new guideline. Their findings bring contributions to the conclusion that, despite being a new political, social participation in public administration to become more efficient, and also can raise a reflection prior to glimpse a way of applicability of this new legal instrument in public administration and Brazilian society that has continental dimensions.
