The Internet is a medium that provides the inter and multidisciplinary offering important pedagogical possibilities and presenting new ways for global education. Furthermore, it allows the creation of appropriate environments for learning, rich in resources that provide the most diverse user experiences. In this sense, we present the construction of the Website “Transport Phenomena” as to support teaching of Physics discipline tool. The construction process of the same and an analysis of the effects of the application of this feature is presented to facilitate learning of the concepts of Fluid Mechanics at the Secondary and Higher initial phase. The site has developed teaching units created based on constructivist learning theories of education with the theoretical basis of Meaningful Learning Theory David Ausubel, which presents as facilitators of meaningful learning of knowledge. We also used different resources and tools, such as experimental activities, software, learning objects, applets, videos, simulations, etc. The teaching units on the site were implemented with students in the classroom and the results of the qualitative study were positive arousing the interest of the same, allowing the contextualization of the topic, the parameter manipulation and observation of results, and allows interactivity and interdisciplinarity.
