dc.description.abstractThis paper analyzes aspects regarding the Cash Benefit (BPC). Making an analysis with the beneficiaries of this benefit in the municipality of Mato Spanish, Rio Grande do Sul Seeking to further realize this benefit while a reflection of income transfer programs in Brazil, non-contributory social right, guaranteed in the Constitution of 1988 and also in the Social assistance Law. Affects the elderly population over 65 and the disabled do not have to prove a means of providing subsistence and not to have it provided by your family, or people in a situation of social vulnerability. Through research it shows the perceptions of beneficiaries regarding the Continued Benefit, as well as pointing possibilities of advancement in tracking beneficiaries, as established by the norms regarding the area of social welfare, as the Continuous Cash Benefit is a benefit assistance. The work is divided into three chapters, brings historical aspects of Social Care, discusses the current configuration of this public policy in Brazil, and finally presents the study results.
