Relações públicas na internet: a prática do monitoramento digital

New digital technologies have enabled an expansion of Digital Communication as labor market demand for Public Relations, primarily through marketing and practice of digital monitoring agencies. The work aims to relate the practice of digital monitoring with public relations activity in organizations, seeking to affirm that the digital monitor is an essential tool for the current activity of PR as a professional and as a business. The methodologies used in this thesis were: bibliographic, document and case study analysis following the model of Yin (2001) with the technique of Johnson (2010) through asymmetric structured interview.
