dc.description.abstract | The theme of this monographic study examines the perspective of development of learning from the role in the school organization. At first, it was analyzed the child’s development by an integrated way, and its influence on the learning process, taking as reference the theories of Piaget (1978). That analysis was related with the social space of the school, since the education has an essential nature for human socialization. A mission to be developed by the School Administration, is to promote children’s learning, not only by regular teaching methods, but also by what the school offers in relation to school space organization. Authors such as Sander (2005), Romanelli (1990), Fischmann (1987), Saviani (1987), Luck (1998), Alonso (1983), Ferreira (1998) and Paro (1996), provide the learning teory historical suervey of education and its administration to the contemporary democratic management, since the management practices, for a democracy in school, may be a decisive factor the influence of the quality of education. A field survey, by questionnaire, applied to teachers, staff and students of the Municipal Education in period between May and June 2010 has as objective to inquire the importance of child development in learning from the actions of the organization school space, as well as and that the role of director as a direct influence on the quality of education. | |
