A gestão escolar democrática e sua relação na construção do projeto político pedagógico

This research aims to analyze how the democratic school management reflected in the construction of the political pedagogical project, reflecting the performance of the managers of a municipal school linking its actions and its stance in accordance with democratic conceptions and their importance in the construction of the Pedagogic Political Project of the institution , since the current need requires a new way of acting school manager. In this qualitative research, case study, the subjects are: the management team and teachers of the Municipal School of Early Childhood Education, in the municipality of Palmitinho - RS. The research is based on data collection through questionnaires in the educational space of that school. It was possible to understand to research the importance of the role of education managers across from the construction of the political pedagogical project. In conclusion, there are many difficulties in the practice of educational management to make it democratic and participatory by building a consistent design and transformer. There is a need to reinvent the practice for which planning exit the paper.
