dc.description.abstractCurrently we are watching a speech annulment of the subject by the constant need to establish a truth about it, to establish a relation of "normality", creating categories, identities and classifications through an excessive number of diagnoses for behaviors that often say object of everyday life. Putting the issue of medicalization as a central point in the search for a classification of what is beyond the normal pattern imposed by modernity. The need to improve the actions and intervention tools, preserving the idea that each individual should be the protagonist of life and health and strengthening the relation between health and education through intersectorial joints in the territories, become essential to rethink what this process of medicalization affect the political and social order and your redirection. Therefore, to better understand the research.Therefore, for one better understanding the research was accomplished in the Public prosecutor's office of Justice, with the promoters responsible for the promotorias of Education and Public prosecutor's office of the Childhood and Youth trying to understand the process that leads to medicalization of children and adolescents, accompanied in a CAPSi. Qualitative results research project, this work follows the hermeneutic theory, using as a tool for data collection individual interviews with prosecutors.The results show that fragmentation of children's Mental Health Network and the strengthening not with other services that make childhood care network, and one of the main factors that lead to disconnection of service to each other, resulting in professional practices fragmented.
