This monograph is scoped to reflect on the importance of the Political Education Program as a mechanism for a democratic management in schools. As a document that represents the school reality and act on the human model, the model of education and society that wants to build the school is free to produce it, taking into consideration the environment and the community is involved and the legal principles education, seeking in developing and implementing the involvement and participation of all segments of the school community and the local community. The Pedagogical Political Project perform its function if it is built and run collectively focusing on the improvement of educational practice and therefore the teaching and learning. Important to note that this is a document in a constant process of evaluation and change, it is dynamic and flexible to accommodate the introduction of the changes that occur in schools.
