dc.description.abstractThe present article results of a research accomplished at a public school of São Borja's city, whose objective was to investigate the teachers' of the Fundamental Teaching perception in relation to the students' inclusion with special education needs in the regular net of teaching, foreseen in the Law of Guidelines and Bases of the National Education. He/she took place a questionnaire with those teachers, tends in view that the inclusive education is contemplated in the regiment of the school. The result of the research indicated that most of the teachers it presents explanation lack about the special education needs and of a Plan Pedagogic Political participativo. It was observed, also, that you/they lack instruments and recital theoreticalpractice, mainly to the teachers of disciplines, for the students' service with special education needs, in the regular rooms. It could be concluded that the inclusion requests preparation of the school, in his/her physical and architectural structure and in his/her continuous formation of the teachers, for this responsibility. To the State he/she fits to offer the conditions that can allow to the professionals of the education the necessary instruments for the inclusion not to be just in the laws.
