Correção de fluxo: um desafio para a gestão escolar

The present study aimed at examining the principles used by managers (management team and
teachers) project participants to fix the flow of school Passo Fundo - RS. From which it outlined the specific
objectives: identify the current management model of a public school of the city of Passo Fundo - RS;
understand the processes of flow correction, reviewing the activities in the school, identify the aspects that most
affect environment and age-grade; present alternative ways that can improve the flow correction from school
referential legal and theoretical-conceptual; propose new strategies from a field survey, showing later the aspects
to be improved. The choice of this topic is due to the questioning of school failure with the primary guiding the
age-grade and its effective reality in the school context. For both developed a qualitative study in a public school
of that city, where the data collection instrument used was reflexive interview in two meetings with the
participantes study. The reflections analyzed realize that projects flow correction must contemplate an action
that includes the reality of the school and the individuals who lead, you need a plan that includes goals,
empower and guide all involved in the project, there tracking, monitoring and evaluating both the current status
of the participants, as in the later stages.
